What does a move-in coordinator do?
We handle every logistical and personal detail of your loved one’s transition into senior living — from coordinating movers and communicating with the facility to setting up the room and making sure everything feels like home from day one.
How far in advance should I reach out?
Ideally 4–6 weeks before the move-in date. That gives us time to coordinate movers, source essentials, and plan every detail. That said, if your timeline is shorter, please don’t hesitate — we’ve helped families pull together a beautiful move in as little as a week.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the greater Triangle area including Apex, Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and surrounding communities — within approximately a two-hour radius.
Do you work with all types of senior living facilities?
Yes. We work with independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities throughout the Triangle area.
What is included in a Move-In Essentials Kit?
Our kits are curated collections of first-day basics, comfort items, and daily living essentials. Options range from our Day One Core Kit to our Full Comfort Package. Kits can be added to any coordination service or ordered separately.
How much do your services cost?
