Are kits customizable?

Yes. While we have curated bundles, we
understand every person is different. Reach out and we’ll talk through what
your loved one specifically needs — we’re happy to tailor it.



What area do you serve?

We primarily serve the greater Wake, Durham, Orange, Johnston, Chatham, and Harnett counties - the greater Triangle and surrounding areas. Not sure if we cover your location? Just reach out and we'll let your know!



Do I have to purchase a kit to use your coordination services?

Not necessarily. Coordination and kit services can be bundled or arranged
separately based on what your family needs. We’ll talk through the best fit on your consultation call.

How far in advance should I reach out?

The earlier the better — especially for coordination services. Even a few weeks notice allows us to build a solid plan. For kits only, we can often accommodate shorter timelines.

Can you work directly with the senior living facility?

Absolutely. We’re experienced in coordinating with facility staff and understand how these communities operate. We’ll handle communication so your family doesn’t have to manage it.

What if my loved one is moving from out of the area?

We handle remote coordination all the time. Families across the country trust us to be their eyes, hands, and point of contact at the facility. Everything can be managed remotely on your end.
